Start from extruder, When filling material to hopper, Screw is turning by motor and reducing speed by gearbox and connected to screw. the speed of extruder can be adjust by inverter motor. The screw is pushing the material forward and heater will give heat to barrel pass to material. And melt material to be semiform then go to diehead.
The diehead will be form the material to be tube (Parison),size of parison get it from Die and Pin,pasison will come down on speed of extruder rpm, the inside parison has support air to keep parison be round shape.
The clamping plate has mould fit it in, will be open and move up to under the diehead.After delay mouldclosing time is over , mould will close. Clamp will move until touch limit switch slow close, speed of clamping will be slow, until fully close. Delay cutting will be "ON" and cut parison, Clamp will moving down to blowing position,then delay blowpin or blowing will start, bloepin will comedown to touching mould.
Blowing air will work and blown parison to follow shape of mould. material will get cooling from mould. (Cooling of mould used chill water) After blowing time was finished.Air will release from mould by quick exhaust. Then mould will open and moving up again on auto cycle.
After mould close, blowpin will going up, then the product will drop to the tray.
